Carsyn just turned one and was sharing with Sarah Beth some tips and tricks on how to make it the best one ever. SB turns one in May and spent plenty of time at Carsyn's party checking out all the digs. She mentioned to me that those treat bags could not be topped but was hoping we could come up with something almost as clever.
